Using our service
You must be 18 or older to book. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (names, dates, passport details) and for meeting entry requirements at your destination.
Our role
Paddleboard is a booking platform. Providers (airlines, hotels, rental companies) are responsible for delivering the travel services. Their terms apply in addition to ours.
Payments & refunds
Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. Refunds follow provider policy. Paddleboard service fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
Paddleboard's liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected booking, except where limitation is not permitted by law.
